Area Description (use additional paper, if necessary): The subject parcel consists of an existing home and several accessory structures. Remaining areas consist of lawn and unkept brush areas. c. Work Description (use additional paper and/or provide plan(s) of work, if necessary): The applicant proposes to demolish the existing structures and clean/clear the former yard of debris and overgrown vegetation within the proposed limit of work. Portions of the proposed work are located within the Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland located off-site to the west. Erosion control barriers will be placed along the limit of work to prevent migration of sediment off-site.
