The applicant proposes to demolish the existing structures and clean/clear the former yard of debris
and overgrown vegetation within the proposed limit of work. Portions of the proposed work are located
within the Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland located off-site to the west. Erosion control
barriers will be placed along the limit of work to prevent migration of sediment off-site. Please refer to the
accompanying filing plan for further information regarding proposed work.
