APPLICABLE GUIDELINES APPROVAL CRITERIA /BOARD FINDINGS
156 – The Board determined that the revised plans, which incorporated additional details to meet
the design guidelines addressed the Committee’s original comments and the Central Business
Design Guidelines Manual. In its approval, the Committee permitted the applicant to change
the facade skin on the ‘tail’ portion of the building to its choice of non-masonry materials.
CONDITIONS
Prior to Issuance of a Building Permit
The Committee shall review and approve the final façade details of the head building to confirm they have been more clearly
delineated to meet Guideline 6, related to building articulation through the proposed bay projections.
