A Mortgage from Jedoron Realty Inc. to the City of Northampton which Mortgage is dated and acknowledged on July 17, 2006 and recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds on July 19, 2006 at Book 8800, Page 243, see attached Exhibit B. This mortgage is released thru the doctrine of merger. I certify and I agree to indemnify you and your successors in interest in the deed opined hereto, to the full extent allowed by law for any loss attributable to a breach of my duty to exercise reasonable care and skill in the examination of the title and the giving of this opinion.
