Survey #0110906 dated 9/27/2006, as per original Purchase Option dated 8/5/2005 and extensions 211212006 and 6/12/07, by and between NONOTUCK LAND FUND (Buyer) and John Clapp and Diana Boyle-Clapp (Sellers); and Assumption of said CR by the City of Northampton To All Interested Parties: This document will serve as the closing statement for the above-referenced transaction and certification on behalf of all of the parties that this transaction has been completed and that no additional funds are due.
