Attached is another Zoning Permit application, this one for a parcel of City owned
land in Leeds that we are currently assessing.
We are asking for approval that would give us the option of or or two affordable
units under Section 350-6.12 (which reduces the lot size per unit to 40% of what is
otherwise required, so 2,000 square feet per unit in URA zoning.
