The report was prepared pursuant to 310 CMR 19.000 to summarize activities conducted at the VA CWM HCS Landfill. Annual groundwater, surface water, and leachate monitoring is conducted on the schedule established in the September 12, 2011 permit issued by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) pursuant to the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 111, Section 150A and 310 CMR 19.000. This Report includes a summary of data collected during the 2021 annual groundwater monitoring event, as well as the Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Report.
