Hello,
I want to leave a public comment for the zoning board when they consider the paper street development project in the coming weeks. I
strongly oppose the development of these plots and the way that developers are trying to skirt the established rules and laws to do so.
If you have not yet read this letter from my neighbor I encourage you to do so. I agree with their assessment of this issue because of
the following reasons:
1. Paper street does not exist as a right of way.
2. Developing these plots will change the neighborhood in a dramatic way.
3. It would be unfair to carve out an exception for this land because the owners of the land have not been paying taxes based
upon future development potential.
