APPLICABLE ZONING APPROVAL CRITERIA /BOARD FINDINGS
350 8.8(G) The Planning Board approved a second curb opening for the parcel upon review of
the standard. The Board heard testimony that separate access by farm vehicles has

times per year and slower agricultural vehicles in the road act to calm traffic along
North Farms Road.

Public Works showing:
a. northern limit of the curb cut shall be a minimum
of five feet from the utility pole and ten feet from

curb should be cut at a 45 degree or greater bevel
to provide a smooth transition to the remaining
curb.

sack or other approved method.
