Rafter lateral bracing is provided by roof sheathing, drywall, and rafter blocking. The -xisting roof dead loads are roughly 15 psf. 2015 International Residential Code and the 9th Edition Massachuse is State Amendments specify a minimum ground snow load of 40 psf and a minimum flat roof snow load o' 35 psf. We are a company that values training and education. We make certain that every individual is qualified for the roles and responsibilities that they assume. It is our policy to pay for the employees travel and training time and cost of the education, including CSL and Journeyman and Master Electrician classes.
