All construction debris will be placed in an onsite Bagster provided by contractor and removed
by contractor at contractor's expense. Exact location of Bagster TBD pending approval of condo
board. Assumes there is an acceptable location for Bagster
All utilities used during construction are the owner's responsibility
Contractor shall promptly remove all construction equipment and materials from site at
conclusion of construction
Wherever contractor drawing or specification states, "Match Existing,"such language shall mean
