As you may remember, 19 years ago we offered to donate 1,306 square feet in your backyard that is surplus to City needs. We never heard back from your so I assume you were not interested
in the lot.
We are doing some housekeeping and wanted to offer it to you again. The lot presumably adds value to your property. It does not have conservation values to us and we would rather get
it back into productive use.
