Planning Board Notice of Subdivision Amendment Approval, dated October 14, 2005, and recorded with said Registry of Deeds at Book 8660, Page 233; (c) a City of Northampton Planning Board
Decision, dated October 12, 2005, and recorded with said Registry of Deeds at Book 8676, Page 132, and (d) a City of Northampton Planning Board Decision, dated August 11, 2016, and recorded
with said Registry at Book 12386, Page 45); have been paid in full.
