making phenomenal progress but will not quite be finished this year.

includes all of the basic site improvements included in the site plan

Approval, Planning Board Approval Not Required, and DPW Stormwater Permit)

Required state and federal permits required before ANY work can begin
(MassHistoric Federal Section 106 Review, Mass Endangered Species)

Required state and federal permits before full site can be developed (Waterways
Chapter 91 license, Water Quality Certificate, Clean Water Act Section 401 fill
permit, HG&E Docks per Federal Energy license)
