Dear Mr. Feiden:
Enclosed is a copy of your executed State Standard Contract and project agreement for the FY20LAND grant program. Please note that your Contract Effective Start Date is November8, 2019.
Payments under this contract are for reimbursement up to $400,000 of the approved project costs incurred on or after the Contract Effective Start Date.
Be advised that all approved project costs must be expended and the approved project completed on or before June 30, 2020 in order for your project to be eligible for reimbursement.
All reimbursement requests are due on June 30, 2020. The deed must include language stating that the property was acquired for conservation purposes, and that it will be under the management
of the Conservation Commission (M.G.L. Chapter 40 §8c). The project agreement must be recorded with the deed when you record your acquisition at the Registry of Deeds.
