The findings were a3 follows :
• Mr. Buscher, ref rrinq to tlie requirements for a special
permit accordina to the %oning Ordinance, found that the
use is listed in the Table of Use 1teaulations ; that it
1Kears a positive relationship to the public convenience
n that good, inexpensive car repairs would be beneficial
o the community, and the shop is located in an area
JW 15 W4 here neighbors inpeared to have no objections: that the
se would not add anprecial-)ly to the existing traffic,
or would it impair pedestrian safety: and that this type
Kk 01060 f use is unlike Ly to have an adverse impace on municipal
systems . On the effect of such a use on this particular
district , he found that , while the character of the
neighborhood was residential , it is zoned for general
industrial use, and a car repair shoe is allowed by spe-
cial permit.
e N11r. Brandt found that the use is listed in the Table of
Use Regulations; that it bears a positive relationship to
the public good )ecause there are no other repair shops
in the surroundi-iq area*, that the proposed use would
neither increase traffic congestion, impair pedestrian
safety, nor place a burden on public water or sewer sys-
terns ; and that, with certain restrictions to protect the
residents of the area, the proposed use would not be
detrimental to the neighborhood.
o Mr. Sharac c,-)ncurred with the findings of the Chairman
and Mr. Brandt.

2. A stockade fence shall be erected around the work area

passers-by.
3. If a sign is erected, it shall be limited to one that
identifies the property as being the location of an auto
repair shop, but shall be tastefully designed and un-
