What is the condition of the property? Note any significant undocumented effects from fire, erosion, floods,

Visited with Mr. Staniczewski. He told me Wayne Feiden has seen the property and is happy with
the way it looks. They have made a clearing and planted some trees in rows, with permission of
Wayne.
The boundaries are not particularly clear, but assuming straight lines on the two sides: The
northern boundary has either been encroached on, except at the ends, by the field to the north, or
the ends have encroached on the field to the north; and the southern boundary similarly is
crossed at various points along its length.
At the west end there is debris suggestive of encampments, and in the eastern third, debris
suggestive of a small abandoned junk yard.
