Enberg, The Berkshire Design Group, Inc., dated September 26, 2017, and recorded in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 240, Pages 70-71, on Sheet 2 of 2. Being the same premises described in the deed of Wilson Realty, LLC, to the City of Northampton dated January 12, 2018, and recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in Book 12857, Page 9.
