ZONING
APPROVAL CRITERIA /BOARD FINDINGS
7.4 The Zoning Board Administrator determined that the request for additional ground signs to support the
drive-through component of the new Starbucks met the criteria in 7.2
(1) The signs will be located where they are allowed.
(2) The Board of Appeals determined that the nature of the drive through use being made of the
building in the configuration approved by the Planning Board dictated where the signs would need to be
place. The site landscaping would minimize the view of the new signs from King Street.
(3) The rear wall sign facing the parking lot is slightly larger than the 25 square feet allowed and includes
a directional component.
