I think they filled out the form inaccurately, maybe misunderstood the fields? What was submitted would appe
create a new non-conforming rear yard setback. (attached garages can be 10' to the rear but residence has t
path for this to occur. (except a variance and they wouldn't be eligible since there is a perfectly viable use of tI
However, I suppose it does not much matter. A special permit for making the setbacks more non-conforming
existing residence would only be allowed for a single or two family. This will ultimately become a 3-family thea
and the rear yard setback of 20' is not being met with conversion of the garage, then I do not think this project
I did pull up a partial survey at the register of deeds from 1931 (unfortunately it does not show the back of the
less than 15' that they noted and the rear does not seem like it could be 37' to start with. But I realize now, it
They also do not seem to be showing accurate parking, but again I think the point is moot.
