APPROVAL CRITERIA /BOARD FINDINGS
9.3A(10) The Zoning Board determined that the request for expansion that would create a new non-conforming
setback with a 5’ setback on the opposite side of the existing non-conforming side setback would not be
substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood:
(1) The proximity of the garage to the lot line would be similar to other non-conforming garages in the
neighborhood.
(2) There were no concerns raised by abutters regarding the new non-conformity.
