350-11.6 This is a minor amendment to the original layout plan to modify one lot by dividing
into two lots.
The change does not alter the total number of units within the development or the
use of the lot for a duplex as originally approved by the Planning Board. The outer
perimeter of the lot remains the same. The parcel will only change by incorporating
a boundary line down the middle of the duplex units.
