FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board granted the Special Permit for the larger wall sign upon review of the application materials and information discussed
at the hearing. The Board granted the application upon determining:
The architecture of the building, the location of the building is such that larger signs would not detract from the character of the
neighborhood and should be permitted in the public interest. Signage is consistent with other signs within the HB district, this plaza, and
the façade of the building is much further from King Street than typical (700'+).
The Board granted the request as presented for 164 square feet of front wall sign.
