The scope of this report Is strictly limited to an evaluation of the underlying framing and supporting structure only
and does not include the design or review of the PV array racking system.All panels,racking,and hardware shall
be installed per manufacturer specifications and within specified design limitations.All waterproofing shall be
provided by the manufacturer/installer.We assume no responsibility for misuse or Improper installation of the
solar PV panels or racking system.This review relies on the roof's structural system having been originally
designed and constructed in accordance with the building code requirements and having been maintained to be in
good condition.
