Per our earlier communication we understand this upgrade can be done under the existing Walmart Remodel Permit since we are utilizing the same General Contractor for this scope of work. Proposed changes to the Adjacent Tenant are:  Remove existing wood panel fascia above the windows and replace with EIFS.  Infill parapet with new wall to make the parapet line straight.  Repair damaged CMU face shells and paint.  Repair steel column and base at the left corner of the building.  Existing storefront windows and doors to remain.  Repair damaged CMU wall opening inside the tenant space.  Clean and paint the exterior to match Walmart Paint Scheme.  Remove existing sign, no new sign will be installed. Estimated Construction Cost for this proposed change is $46,103.00 Please let us know if you need further information from us to complete your review and approve this change.
