RE: Fairway Village Condominiums
DATE: March 21, 1991
The Planning Board has received a request from Fairway Village to
remove the last remaining covenant we hold on that project. Could
you please indicate if your department has any objection to the
release of covenants and a final sign -off on the project?
The approved water and sewer easement and the easement plan have
been recorded in the Registry of Deeds. I have sent you a copy of
that easement and mylars of the plans under separate cover (I will
send you the original easement when it is returned from the
registry).
Thank you for your assistance.
