DECISION OF THE PLANNING BOARD IN THE MATTER OF
Application by Bill Willard, Inc. to extract gravel from
property located approximately 2000 feet west of Glendale
Road, and approximately 1500 feet south of Westhampton Road.
The Planning Board, at its regular meeting of May 23, 1974,
approved the subject application with the following conditions:
a. Approval is for the period through 24ay 23, 1975, and
may be extended beyon6 that time only following ap-
proval by the Planning Board under the provisions of
the City's ordinances.
b. Approval is sabject to the applicant's obtaining re-
quired approvals from the Board of Appeals and such
other agencies as is necessary.
C. No machinery shall be operated on site nor shall trucks
move to or from the site excepr during the hours 8:00 AM
to 7:00 PM, Monday-Fridav, and 9: OC biv, to 6:00 PM or
Saturday.
d. All loads shall be covered when transported off -'site.
e., Operations shall be limited to the limits of e:,:trac4--ion
and other characteristics as represented on the plans
dated March 8, 1974, prepared by Almer Huntley, Jr. and
Associates.
f. Final application of a performance agreement, as drafted
by the City Engineer, and which draft agreement was
presented to the Planning Board on May 23, 1974.
