this is john w palladino from mechanical connections inc. I was told to contact you in refference to the project that the owners are trying to make into an assited living building. It was formaly i believe a daycare or nursing home located at 737 bridge rd . I
have worked for the owners on projects for 20 years in various parts of the country . I was asked to do some evaluating and testing in to the building to find out the costs and items that will be needed to renovate this project. There proposal is to add showers
into the bathrooms . as far as the heating there was some water damage due to freezing and the lines have to be air tested as well as the boilers to be evaluated if they need to be changed.. i am a master plumber as well as a plumbing inspector and need to
know what forms i would need to proceede with this initial evaluation of this building. please contact me when you are back in the office and i will answer any questions you might have reguards to this matter. thanking you in advance for your anticipated
