We have basic existing floor plans that are attached to this email. The work in general consists of: New tile, paint and fixtures in the bathrooms (fixtures remain in the same location) Carpet and paint in the hotel rooms and common areas Installation of heat pumps for HVAC in the hotel rooms and common areas Updating some common area lighting Cosmetic update to the reception desk The owner has not hired an architect to do construction drawings. We are getting ready to file for the building permit and I have two questions. 1. Based on the scope of work above will you require construction drawings? 2. Will this fall into construction control and therefore we would have to have an architect provide that documentation? Thank you in advance for your response.
