Notes 5/3/17
Per Ms. Grady; ~2 weeks prior to the most recent incident, the Northampton Fire Department responded to a report of a fire alarm sounding at 101 Washington Ave. They found no evidence
of a fire and could not gain access to the house. They notified the property owner.
Ms. Grady attempted to contact O’Connell Oil Company, who had keys to the property. She was unsuccessful. She did contact Century Real Estate. Greg Dibrindisi from Century RE checked
the house the next day but could get in. The alarms had stopped.
