DevelopmentexpressedconfusionovertheDPW'smemoregardingthe requirementof23separatewaterconnections. Kayeexpressedthathedoesnotwantthisaspect ofthememotobeaconditionofboardapproval. Kohoutinquiredaboutwhowouldmaintainthesidewalks, andifunitswillhaveenough drivewayspaceforasecondcar. JeffWrightofWrightBuildersexplainedtheappropriatehomeowner’sassociationwillmaintain thesidewalks, andthattherewillbeenoughpavementforsecondarydrivewayspaces.
