Proposed Use of 74 Ryan Rd
It is my intention to use the property at 74 Ryan rd as a support facility for my main Injection
Molding plant located in West Hatfield. The property has been used as a manufacturing facility in the
past and is currently being used as a storage and rebuilding facility.
• General machine shop 3 CNC machining centers
• 1 CNC lathe
• 2 vertical millers
• 2 surface grinders
• 1 EDM machine
• Injection molding, 3 small molding machines all electric
• 5 people maximum
• No Third shift or regular late night work.
• No Tractor Trailer truck Deliveries.
• All manufacturing to be done in the front brick building
• Rear barn to be used for personal storage.
No changes to existing lot for proposed usage.
No structural or electrical changes necessary for proposed usage.
