Fire Alarm: still in process — see 1.5 below 21 March 2014 Page 2 of 2 OLD BUSINESS 1.3 HVAC – No progress 1.5 Fire Alarm and Security System – Mike M. has been contracted to prepare a fire alarm system design. Bruce to set up this meeting once design documentation received from Mike Monsanto Mike M. Bruce C. 1.9 Porch decking – Ensure the alignment of the deck tile pattern and the post spacing is aesthetically acceptable Bruce C. 4.1 Elevator — Cab elevator decided upon. Dave awaiting submittal from ThyssenKrup Dave C. 6.3 Exterior parking light — Bruce to propose a fixture and have the distributor do a photometric analysis. Dave will assume that the fixture will be no more than 500W — and likely less than 100W. Bruce NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Meeting with Carl Koslowski — Carl Koslowsky, Rybak Engineering & Jerry Bradford, Redhawk in attendance. Carl visited to inspect progress of roughing at request of Dave Cody Fire protection issues were identified and resolved as follows: 1. The sprinkler heads shown in the elevator mechanical room and the heads shown in the elevator shaftway were removed and will not be installed, per requirements of the elevator code. 2. Sprinkler piping was reconfigured accordingly Redhawk question related to the number of 90-degree bends that the system can withstand, since skirting the large PSL beams requires 4-90’s at each. Carl confirmed that there was no problem associated with adding these 90-degree bends to the line to wrap the Steel I-beams in the commercial portion of the building.
