Sewer
It is recommended that the condition of the existing sewer service be investigated and that
s sewer cleanout be provided at the property line and for each building.
Driveway
• The proposed common driveway and 4 -car garage configuration is designed with very
limited clearances to the existing building. In addition, the proposed building has a large
roof area that will dump snow in this limited space, fiuther reducing available space to
maneuver vehicles. During significant snow accumulations it seems likely that snow
removal and storage will be problematic and that snow storage will encroach on the
neighboring property to the rear.
