Provide work as required to complete the fire protection sprinkler system throughout the entire building per the Lindgren & Sharples drawings dated July 26, 2014 and the project specifications. PLUMBING 1. Provide work as required to complete the plumbing work as shown on the Lindgren & Sharples drawings dated July 26, 2014 and the project specifications, except that the following work shall not be included: A. Gas piping serving Mechanical Room 202 and Storage 203. B. Piping serving WC 111. C. Plumbing fixtures shown on the First Floor Plumbing Plan. D. Plumbing piping shown to be located on the first floor is not included, except where vent piping serving basement fixtures and existing sewage ejector runs through the first floor. E. Gas riser through first floor. F. Rough in for fixtures at Concessions 109. G. Water Heater WH-1 and thermostatic mixing valve TMV-1 and associated basement plumbing in the vicinity of Unfinished Space 008 and Unfinished Space 009. H. Grease Trap GT-1, sinks P-5, P-6 and P-7, and new sewage ejector near Catering Prep 013. 2. Include below floor rough in for Mens 104 and Womens 105, with penetrations through floor to restroom above, so that no work above the basement ceiling will be required at the time of future fit out of Mens 104 and Womens 105. 3. Add a utility sink in Mechanical Room 007, with individual sink pump to pump waste to overhead waste piping near sink P-4 in Studio 005. Page 2 HVAC 1. Provide work as required to complete the HVAC work as described and modified below per the Lindgren & Sharples drawings dated July 26, 2014 and the project specifications. 2. Provide the HVAC system (AHU-4N and associated equipment) serving Studio 005. 3. Provide new 7-1/2 ton 2-compressor split air conditioning system with gas furnace to serve Studio 003, including air economizer ductwork and louver with motorized damper with intake air location at rear of building. Provide relief air ductwork for outdoor air economizer mode, with louver and motorized damper at side of building at least 4 feet above grade. This system is in lieu of AHU-3EX which had originally been shown to serve Studio 003. 4. Provide local programmable thermostat control for HVAC systems installed under Phase 2A. 5. Provide HVAC transfer and exhaust systems serving Mens 011 and Womens 012, except that the 19”x8” exhaust duct at Mechanical Room 202 shall connect to a new 500 cfm inline exhaust fan discharging through the sidewall exhaust louver, in lieu of ERV- 1N. Installation of ERV-1N shall be postponed to a later phase. Alternate 1 – First Floor Dance Rehearsal 1. Provide the AHU-6N HVAC system serving Dance Rehearsal 106. Add a supply air branch and diffuser serving Corridor 108. Add outdoor air intake ductwork and louver with motorized damper at rear exterior building wall. Add gas vent piping for AHU-6N. ELECTRICAL 1. Provide work as required to complete the electrical work as described and modified below per the Lindgren & Sharples drawings dated July 26, 2014 and the project specifications. 2. Provide power for the HVAC systems described above under HVAC section. 3. Provide work & proposed scope for review as required to expand on the existing voice evacuation Fire Alarm Control Panel. Provide full coverage to the basement and elevator as designed, provide limited coverage to upper levels as required for fire department acceptance. 4. Provide lighting and power to serve the Phase 2A designated areas in the basement (Studio 0054, Corridor 004, Studio 003, Mens 011, and Womens 012.) Provide Panel “A” for circuit origin. Page 3 5. Within the Studio 003 space, add a 42-space 225 amp rated panel w/ 150A MCB run on 150A conductors to new 150A breaker in MDP, with E-Mon D-Mon submeter. Provide 30kVA isolation transformer and 24 space 100A subpanel. In the Studio 003 space add 12 duplex data outlets at computer stations plus 5 additional spare duplex data outlets distributed throughout the room partitions. Add 10 additional duplex power receptacles from 5 circuits throughout the Studio 003 space. Add an additional 5 dedicated 20 amp quad receptacles within the Studio 003 space. Computer outlets shall be identified by color. Alternate 1 – First Floor Dance Rehearsal 1. Provide power for the AHU-6N HVAC system serving Dance Rehearsal 106. Provide power and lighting for Dance Rehearsal 106 and Corridor 108. Provide lighting and power for the areas just outside the elevator door at Storage 203, Mezzanine 201, and Lobby 102. 2. Provide additional Fire Alarm System coverage as designed, for 1st Floor Dance Rehearsal 106, corridor 108, and Lobby 102. 3. Provide Panel “TP2”
