FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board granted the Special Permit for the second ground sign upon review of the application materials and information
discussed at the hearing. The Board granted the application upon determining:
that the architecture of the building, the location of the building is such that additional signs would not detract from the character of the
neighborhood and should be permitted in the public interest. Signage is consistent with other signs within the GB district and the
segregated entries to the building warrant separate site signs to direct the public to the appropriate side of the building.
