1)1) All exterior lights attached to the building shall be timed to go off at 9 PM except entry lights on
residential buildings and lights on the deck that may remain on during use of the space.
2) 4 parking lot lights may remain on between 9 PM and Midnight. All other site lights shall be timed to
go off at 9 PM as originally conditioned.
3) All other conditions of the original approval shall remain.
FINDINGS:
The Planning Board approved modifications to the conditions of the previous permit to allow some site lights to be kept on past the 9 PM
cut off. The Board also approved additional exterior building lighting, changes to the screening around the HVAC units along with a 21 fc
reflection value on the brick façade where the new building lights will be installed.
The Board approved, with conditions, these modifications based on the information submitted with the application and at the hearing,
including revised landscape plan.
