I'm not exactly sure what you're proposing. Is the house a single family,two family or 3 family?The property code calls it a 1 family,the permit application says 2 family and the assessors have it listed as a 3 family. Why did you include an elevation drawing?Are there going to be any changes to the exterior? What's being demolished in the center of the"family room"? Is that the current bathroom? Is that a chimney between the proposed toilet and sink? Is the wall that's getting moved structural?The framing isn't shown, but the upper floor joists might be bearing on that wall (or not).
