Original doorway into bathroom from adjacent bedroom will be re-opened and restored to original function. 2ND FLOOR At top of stair, doorway into smaller bedroom will be removed, and wall enclosed. Doorway at rear of bedroom to remain. In bathroom in 2nd floor, fixtures will be removed, to facilitate wall and flooring repairs. Sink in bedroom to be removed and relocated to 2nd floor bath. New flooring and wall surface to be installed. Toilet and claw foot tub to be installed. GENERAL All disturbed wall and ceiling surfaces to be patched and painted as need to restore original appearance. Roof structures and surfaces will not be altered. Exterior walls will not be altered.
