I have reviewed the zoning permit application you submitted for the project at 11-15 Bridge Street. The project includes reconstruction of the upper stories of the existing building
for residential use and renovations to commercial spaces on the lower floors. This project will not constitute a change of use. This project does not involve an addition to the existing
structure.
The project does involve renovations to the exterior of the building. The Central Business Architecture Committee has determined that this building is classified as an anomaly building
and is exempt from design review by the committee.
