Hello gentlemen,
I am sending this email to inform you that we've decided to use only induction burners, and won't be using any
gas grill.
In conclusion, we will be using only the equipment that has already been approved: the combi oven, the baking
oven, a sinlge gas burner, and 8 induction burners.
Mike Stosz, our general contractor, submitted the renovations' floor plan and equipment specs about two months
ago; I have attached a copy of the floor plan to this email as an extra precaution, please keep in mind that we
won't have the grill which is still on the kitchen floor plan.
Here is the final list of kitchen equipment, with all the model numbers:
Combi oven: Electrolux AirOSteam Model: AOS102EABU (260087)
Vacuum sealer: Ultrasource Ultravac 225
8 Induction burners: 8p update ic1800w
