Punch-list final sign off needs to be completed (OLD). B. Catalysts -Two of the four catalysts were damaged, being repaired and shipped back mid- May. PIKE DPOPN MJ Moran - Piping, Misc. 00002 A. *Pike / MJM need location from vanZelm for the opacity monitor (OLD). Eastmont to take measurements, scheduled for April 3rd. B. Fire protection - Working on main level and operating floor. C. The muffler for the steam header is installed and ready for CTI. D. X-rays are completed, MJ Moran transmitted weld map to Smith. E. MJ Moran submitted pricing for kick plates around the Solar ducts. Smith to review (OLD). F. Opacity Monitor - OK to re-drill the flanges that are there (RECORD). Work not completed. G. Ammonia fill station - Need to complete insulation. Smith getting prices for service. H. Air blows for gas need to be completed by the 8th of April. Fire alarm - Collins has submitted price to Smith College direct. Gary working on getting funding for the work. Being installed as a zone system. Smith / Collins coordination. Simplex submitted price to Smith for review (RECORD). B. Man-hole work on-going, Collins to bill direct to the college (RECORD). There is a possibility of a shutdown that needs to be coordinated with the college and power company. Collins / Smith coordination. Asbestos has been removed. C. The battery chargers and racks were installed per vZ RFI response. They are in direct contact with the sun and Smith would like exterior window cover (OLD). Smith / Collins looking at sun sheild procurement (OLD). D. AET will do all hi-pot testing and Sneet will complete the remainder of the testing work. Start in mid-April, Herm to follow up with dates. E. Need a control diagram from Toromont / Able. There are no coordination drawings for controls on the gas skid. ABLE will be on-site 2-29 to review this with Collins (OLD). RFI's were sent to ABLE on the 29th of Feb. and have not been responded to. ABLE working on RFI responses with vanZelm (OLD). F. Need O&M's from Russ Electric ASAP. Pike to follow up with Collins / Russ Electric (OLD). G. Concern was brought up regarding heat trace and lighting by the ammonia tank and gas compressor. vanZelm to look into and follow up on suggestions. Smith / Pike to review instrumentation - control issues. Need O&M manuals from ABLE. (OLD) Manuals will be coming with the SCADA system. B. Smith / vanZelm to review remote boiler level indicators for the control room (all boilers) (OLD). Pike to discuss with ABLE about pricing out alternatives (OLD). C. Fireproofing - To be completed by tomorrow, 3-28. D. Remaining boil-out activities to start the 31st of March. BEST on-site today to start HRSG boil-out. E. First fire date - 18th to 20th of April. F. Ammonia tank containment sump pump to be reviewed by vanZelm - Design intent was a temporary sump pump. G. PLANT CLEAN-UP - SMITH IS HAVING THEIR ANNUAL DIGNITARY GATHERING, WHICH INCLUDES A TOUR OF THE CO-GEN PLANT. PLANT NEEDS TO BE AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. SMITH TO LOOK INTO CLEANING CREW?
