In approving the plan with conditions, the Board determined that the criteria in 350-11.6 had been met. A. The requested use protects adjoining premises against seriously detrimental uses. Sight buffers including a grove of trees exist between the school and the location of the court. B. The requested use is not changing. There is an additional basketball court that will have illumination allowing night time use: E. The requested use meets special regulations set forth in this chapter.
