-Builder,The purchaser, who is the contractual purchaser of goods from the
company will provide a construction supervisor, duly licensed in accordance with
780 CMR R5, shall, in accordance with 780 CMR 108.3.5, act as the agent for
the owner/purchaser for the purpose of applying for and obtaining any and all
building permits required for the field erection of all one and two family
manufactured dwellings subject to the provisions of 780 CMR 35 and applicable
780 CMR R3. The purchaser will be identified throughout this document as the
"builder".
All notes containing the term "by builder" are defining an obligation, for
construction methodology/acceptable building practice for which the company
accepts no responsibility, and should be reviewed carefully by the builder and
the local building inspector. All such insta!lalion instruction will be in
compliance with applicable building codes.
