Date: June 19, 2018

Current Construction Status:
• Wall framing for the first floor bathrooms is complete and exterior wall are underway. 6/19
• Structural Steel for the addition is being detailed by Dublin. Preliminary drawings
were received on 5/16. Wait on approvals 5/23. A Structural Bulletin #3 was sent out on 6-4. Dublin Steel is updating their approval drawings and pricing 6-6. Updated pricing complete.
• MJ Moran has begun piping work in the basement. 6/5.
• Foundations for the addition are underway. Initial inspections were made by the Building Dept. Additional concrete cutting is required. 6/18
• Masons are continuing on the interior repairs and openings.6/19
New Items:
• GNCB issued bulletin #4 on 6/20. Crocker working with Dublin to update anchor bold drawings. 6/21.
• Relocate the plumbing lines in the basement corridor. 6/19.
• Determine the floor box/outlet location for the workstations, desks, cubicles to allow the electricians to begin install. 6/19.
• Review the heights and sizes of the office windows, glass walls. Develop heights
for soffits and ceilings to allow framers to continue. 6/19.
• Temporary power to be connected to Adams Hall. 6/19.
• Finalize the independent hot water heater locations 6/19.
• Elevator to be shut down during service upgrade. Coordinate the annual
inspection prior to shutdown. 6/19.
• A second dishwasher was requested in the kitchen area. 6/19.
Open Items:
• Elevation coordination between the existing and new construction will need to be
reviewed prior to release of the steel. 6/5, 6/12
• MJ Moran is requesting confirmation on the electrical supply for their equipment.
6/6. Northup Electric is coordinating directly 6/12. Closed.
• Bathroom sinks and cabinets, faucets, shower heads, and toilets to be selected. 6/5, 6/12, 6/19.
• Confirm gas loads and request service 6/5. Crocker will provide total load to Max.

• Review roof leader discharge locations? 6/5, 6/19.
• Wall mount or floor mounted toilets? A toilet selection has been made. MJ Moran
has provided submittals for approval 6/5. An approved selection was made

• Building Management, HVAC thermostat controls, Pricing will be provided by MJ Moran. 5/22. 6/5. A proposal review meeting was completed 6/19.
• The grout color to match the existing will need approval from the Architect.
Masons will need to create a mock up wall for review. 6/5.6/12, 6/19.
• Crocker to check on additional glass and aluminum prices. Lizotte Glass provided
a proposal on 6/12. Crocker to review with the Owners. 6/12, 6/19
• Review loading dock for height and size? 5/8. A drawing was provided by TDA additional review is required. 6/5. Dock leveler pricing 6/12, 6/19
• TDA has provided a new kitchen/ break room layout for approval. Pricing will be
solicited after finishes have been selected. 5/22, 6/5, 6/12, 6/19.
• Explore options to have the existing brick exterior cleaned.5/8. Crocker will request pricing. 5/22.6/5. Review proposal 6/12. Crocker to solicit additional pricing 6/19.
• Review the roof/deck railing condition with the selected subcontractor. 3/20/18,
3/27/18.4/3/18, 4/17.5/8.
Owner / Contractor Items:
• Review Glass and Aluminum, review cleaning proposal.
