Peter-
That should be no problem. You should file a zoning permit application here showing the relocation and describing
how you will reinstall the curb and reseed the driveway. Driveways can only be 15'wide at the street. You should
probably install tree protection for any trees you intend to keep so they aren't inadvertently damaged.

Dear Mr.Gelinas-
This work will require permits.The first step before anything can be done on our end is a design that our engineers and
street superintendent can respond to given the proposed location and scope of work. It might be best to come to the
DPW administrative building at 125 Locust Street and the front desk clerks can walk you through the process and give
you the paperwork to complete.There are fees associated with the permits;the clerks can lay out the timing and
process for you.
