The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the the Finding for a change in the non-conforming buffer to a residential zone based on the
materials and plans submitted with the application.
The Findings of the Board under Section 9.3 for the site modifications to add a covered overhang/vestibule at the back door with a new 8'
tall privacy fence were as follows:
1. The Board found that the change would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing nonconforming
reduced buffer. The replacement of the existing fence with a taller 8' fence mitigates the modification.
2. The change would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not involve a sign.
