approved.
The Historical Commission voted 5-0 on April 30, 2018 that the structure is Preferably
Preserved pursuant to the demolition review ordinance, and to institute a one-year delay
on demolition. The Commission approved an Alternate Plan, if all elements of the Plan
are met, demolition is approved as part of the Plan.
1) Replacement structures shall conform to the design and scale of the rendering
dated April 30, 2018 2) A permanent historical marker to the 1860 Edwards House and its role as the
original Lathrop Home shall be installed onsite
3) The applicant shall complete photo-documentation of the 1860 Edwards House
and provide to Forbes Library
