Hi Craig-
I received your April 12 letter of understanding regarding the 1250 Westhampton Road Order of Conditions.
Please note that conditions 41 and 42 require that a stormwater permit or waiver, zoning review, and curb cut permits shall
be obtained prior to the preconstruction meeting, not after the meeting.
