A. The requested use protects adjoining premises against seriously detrimental uses. This is an expansion of the existing utility pole installed on the street. B. The requested use will not change existing vehicular traffic movement or safety on the street. C. The site will function harmoniously in relation to other structures and open spaces to the natural landscape, existing buildings and other community assets in the area as it relates to landscaping, drainage, sight lines, building orientation, massing, egress, and setbacks. Added equipment to the pole will not change the function of the pole as a piece of infrastructure for various utilities. D. The requested use will not have an effect on the City's resources, including the effect on the City's water supply and distribution system, sanitary and storm sewage collection and treatment systems, fire protection, streets and schools. E. .The requested use meets any special regulations set forth in this chapter as it relates to telecommunications facilities in 350-10.9 for colocation and aesthetics to the maximum extent which is practical and technologically feasible, to ensure compatibility with surrounding land uses.
