ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION:
Describe architectural features. Evaluate the characteristics of this building in terms of other buildings within the community.
This is a two story Craftsman Style home with side gabled roof with overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. A distinguishing
feature of the home is its large shed roof front dormer with triple window six over one sash and recessed front porch with uncut
stone posts and high stone base. A shed roof oriel extends from the southwestern elevation of the home. Most windows have
been replaced but have still kept the six over one or eight over one form. There is stone chimney in the center of the home. The
house is sided with wood shingles and has a stone foundation that matches the porch and chimney. The roof is comprised of
asphalt. The home has a one-story two bay garage comprised of pressed concrete and wood shingle.
